受人尊敬的法官宋判浩（孙贤周 饰）的儿子宋浩英（金度勋 饰）意外驾车撞倒了黑帮头目金康宪（金明民 饰）的儿子金相贤。宋浩英因惊慌逃离现场，导致金相贤未及时得到救治不幸去世。起初宋判浩鼓励儿子自首，但得知受害者是金康宪的儿子后，出于对儿子的保护，他决定掩盖真相。狱中的金康宪在听到儿子手机中遗留的报警录音后，开始暗中调查真相，誓要为儿子复仇。宋判浩一边要应对金康宪的追查，一边承受着内心的道德谴责和良心的拷问。
A judge and a gang leader cross boundaries for their respective sons. Song Pan Ho is a righteous judge with a good reputation. He's brought up his son Song Ho Young in a similar manner. Crime boss Kim Kang Heon has a cool demeanor. He loses his composure only to his son Kim Sang Hyuk who is cruel and violent like his father. An incident entangles their lives, and two fathers become monsters for their children.
